BuiltRoma Car Wash Management System
A web application that brings a car wash's daily records, cash and bank, expenses, VAT, payroll, HR and customer matters into one tool.
THE PROBLEM
Running a car wash creates many small records every day: takings, expenses, cash and bank movements, staff pay and vacations, customer complaints and VAT. They have to be recorded consistently and be easy to review.
THE SOLUTION
One application organised into a module for each area of the business, with summary pages, charts and exports, and a shared online database so the team works from the same records.
HOW IT WORKS
- Staff enter daily records through a daily form; data is stored in a shared Supabase database.
- Overview, VAT, cash and bank, and cost-per-car pages summarise the records with charts.
- Tax invoices and reports export to PDF and Excel; QR codes and WhatsApp sharing are supported.
- Access and activity are logged, and backups can be saved and restored as files.
