THE PROBLEM
A clinic needs a simple, quick way for patients to say how their visit went, and a way for staff to review the answers.
THE SOLUTION
A mobile-friendly survey that asks which services were used, collects ratings and comments, and shows the latest responses to authorised staff.
HOW IT WORKS
- Patients choose the service, rate several aspects of their visit and add optional details.
- Responses are stored in a Supabase table.
- A PIN-protected admin view shows the latest responses and exports them to Excel.
