THE PROBLEM
HR and daily operations depend on many connected tasks: employee records, leave and requests, payroll, licences and compliance dates, and internal communication.
THE SOLUTION
One internal application with a module for each area, role-based access and dashboards, so HR and management work from the same system.
HOW IT WORKS
- Employees and HR requests are managed in one directory, with leave and approvals.
- Payroll, payroll runs and an accounting module provide finance dashboards and monthly ledgers.
- Licences and compliance expiry alerts, tasks, announcements and a calendar support daily operations.
- Roles and permissions control who can see and change what; a builder module supports custom letters and forms.
