BuiltFMC Tracker: Machine & Room Tracker
A web application for a medical centre to record and review its therapy machines, treatment rooms and storage, with accounts, analytics and exports.
THE PROBLEM
A medical centre has many machines, treatment rooms and storage items. Their details need to be recorded consistently by staff and reviewed by management.
THE SOLUTION
A tracker with a sheet for each area, quick-pick lists for therapists and machines, saved sheets, analytics, and employee accounts with access control.
HOW IT WORKS
- Separate sheets cover male rooms, female rooms, shared machines, storage, the upstairs treatment room and the gym area.
- Staff sign in with their own accounts; administrators manage employees, access and review login activity.
- Sheets are saved to a Supabase database and can be exported to Excel and PDF, with photos attached.
- An analytics page and an AI assistant module help review the data; backup and restore are built in.
